has gloss	eng: The Educational Talent Search (ETS) is one of seven United States federal TRIO programs. It was created as part of the Higher Education Act of 1965. The program identifies junior high and high school students with which to implement intervention strategies meant to increase the chances of the student pursuing a college education. There are currently more than 475 ETS programs in the U.S. serving more than 389,000 students.
