has gloss	eng: The Games 100 is an annual feature of Games magazine, a United States-based magazine devoted to games and puzzles. The Games 100 first appeared in the November/December 1980 issue as an alphabetic list of the 100 games preferred by the editors of the magazine. In 1981, Games introduced The Games 100 Contest, which involved identifying pieces from games listed in the Games 100, with the grand prize being more than half of the games on that list. Games continues to publish this list as The Buyers Guide to Games, broken out into The Traditional Games 100 and The Electronic Games 100.

has gloss	fra: Le Games Magazine est un journal américain qui publie chaque année depuis 1980 une liste des 100 meilleurs jeux, appelée Games 100 ou Games Magazine Awards. Ces jeux pouvaient être de toutes sortes, aussi les casse-têtes cotoyaient les jeux électroniques. À partir de la fin des années 1990, le magazine sest recentré sur les jeux « traditionnels ». Un titre de Game of the Year (jeu de lannée) est attribué ainsi quune multitude de prix catégoriels. Le seul critère pour être éligible semble être la disponibilité en boutique, sans tenir compte de lannée. Un même jeu peut ainsi être dans la liste des 100 meilleurs jeux plusieurs années.
