has gloss	eng: Dr. Harold Turner was an SS commander and Staatsrat (privy councillor) in the German-imposed and led military regime in Serbia called the Military Administration of Serbia. In 1942 in Serbia, in a letter to Karl Wolff, chief of the personal staff of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler. Turner indicates the murderous nature of Schutzstaffel (SS) activities in Serbia. In the letter he indirectly indicated that he intended to use vehicles most likely equipped with gas to murder Jews in Serbia.
