has gloss	mal: കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ നിയമ നിര്‍മ്മാണ സഭ കേരളാ നിയമസഭ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. ഏകമണ്ഡല സഭയാണ് കേരള നിയമസഭ അഥവാ ജനപ്രതിനിധി സഭ. തിരുവനന്തപുരമാണ് നിയമസഭയുടെ ആസ്ഥാനം. കേരളത്തിന്റെ ഭൂമിശാസ്ത്ര അതിര്‍ത്തികള്‍ക്കുള്ളിലെ 140 നിയമ സഭാ മണ്ഡലങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും സാര്‍വത്രിക സമ്മതിദാനത്തിലൂടെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ജനപ്രതിനിധികളാണ് നിയമസഭയിലെ അംഗങ്ങള്‍. ഇതു കൂടാതെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഭരണഘടനയിലെ പ്രത്യേക വകുപ്പു പ്രകാരം കേരളത്തിലെ ആംഗ്ലോ-ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ നിന്നും നാമനിര്‍‌ദ്ദേശം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന പ്രതിനിധിയും സഭയില്‍ അംഗമാണ്
