has gloss(noun) a line of people or vehicles waiting for something
waiting line, queue
has glosseng: A queue in British English refers to a line, usually of people, cars, etc., assembled in the order they arrived and waiting for some event or service. New arrivals begin their wait at the back of the queue. As people are served, they move forward in the queue until they reach the front and are served, thereby assuring that "first come, first served." The person at the front of the queue is referred to as Next.
has glosseng: A queue is a line of people standing behind one another who are waiting for something. The person at the front of the queue will have his turn next, then the next person and so on. When someone comes to join the queue they have to go to the back of the queue and wait until it is their turn. Sometimes people try to "jump the queue" or "push in". They are usually told off and have to go to the back of the queue.
