During the period 1001 to 1100 there were 241 solar eclipses of which 84 were partial, 90 were annular, 61 were total, and 6 were hybrids. The greatest number of eclipses in one year was four, occurring in 11 different years: 1009, 1027, 1045, 1052, 1060, 1063, 1074, 1081, 1092, 1096, and 1099. One month, May 1063, had two eclipses. Dates are given using the Julian calendar. |
